Hey man, air conditioning, I'm curious, what kind of systems do you typically have installed in your houses over there? Any particular brands or device types you'd recommend? I just bought a cheaper portable one for now, but future summers: finna need to invest in something real to fully function here.

No idea about the type or brand. There's a large unit central unit somewhere that directs air throughout the building where individual rooms are equipped with panels to turn it on and set the temperature. And HVAC guys are called for installation/repair as that seems to be a specialized skill.
Professional stuff! Does it occasionally break down? Suppose we'll settle for something cheaper either way, no real room for a central unit here.

hehe...been better, but been worse. Had a moderate burning stomach ache yesterday but not of the usual kind, suspect it might've been a gratuitous serving of fiber with insufficient dosage of H2O. Had a moderate anxiety attack in early November, which prompted me to take a day off from work, come out of this digital woodwork and trawl CyberDb for old comforts (and later NewGrounds). Parallel with the anxiety attacks were weird neurological symptoms, frequent tension headaches that I never get and brain fog. Feels like I needed to defrag brains but the connection between neurons isn't contiguous. Further complicated by the fact of my hypochondriac appointments with Dr. Google and a family member getting a seizure for the first time ever, perhaps triggered by COVID which he tested for. More people I know are getting it- and everyone's fatigued by this whole madness and the divisive politicized nature behind it. RE: Edit: It's -11/12 to the 2010s now!

Ah that explains the return. Though long stay away = busy with work? No vacation? -11/12 to the 2010s now = death stats? And dammnnn that's a lot of cases/day right now... crazy. Feels like sunshine kept things down during the summer when you look at just these three numbers. Virus sensitivity to UV real. All the worse now.
Regarding those tension headaches/brain fog the first thing that comes to mind is really potential increase in background microwave radiation, typical radio sickness symptom, but we do have some differing opinions as to the dangers thereof I know. Space X have seemingly not slowed down on their satellite launches at all though; this shizzle's still getting rolled out ferociously, more distance work maybe requires (at least it'd be viable financial incentive) all the more bandwidth and coverage right now.
Then again tension headaches could be just plain stress. Could be gut-related. Could be psychological of course, who knows for sure. Imbued by all this propaganda. I've been dealing with tension headaches for some time now, used to be migraines but somehow it switched, seemed potentially due to straining eyes at first, seemed potentially due to stomach issues later - going gluten-free cured a fair share - and occasionally now seems to have to do with posture. If I'm too hunched over by the computer before bed. Also wake up with a headache if I eat too late/eat sweet stuff at night/don't drink enough. Magnesium's a bedtime routine long time. Coffee's a morning one lately - haven't had a lasting headache in ages now which I believe is largely thanks to that (dilutes blood vessels, among other things) but instead I often wake up with a mild one till I get that coffee. Ah workarounds. No miracle cures for anything. Healthy lifestyle though: that'd probably fix all. Indeed a somnolecent creed of people are easy to control, if that's what you're thinking...
