America should not be socialist, it needs to be oligarchic.

The rich should rule over the land while we dominate the middle and lower classes.

Why the hell do we need to have public education? That's socialist. You're too poor to afford an education, it is completely your fault you were born into a poor family, go find better, new parents.

Police Officers? WTF? Why the hell should my taxes be directed to keep people in the slums safe from us? Pay for your own damn personal bodyguards.

Healthcare? Well if you cant afford that, it's not our problem, I'm sorry but you're going to have to create your own medicine from scratch.

Also...

I payed for these roads. Stop driving on them!
Get out of my library, these books were bought with my tax money, GTFO!

You socialist thinkers arent important enough to recieve these priviledges. PWNED NOOBS! LET THE RICH RULE, THIS IS THE AMERICAN DREAM I THINK!

Happy Negroes

Fellow NGers of NG, male and female, youg and old, tall and small, black or white, circular or rectangular, I have a question to ask you all.

What are your aspirations in life?

For people that are in high school (or middle school) do you have any idea what you want to do yet? For those that maybe dropped out of school, or are about to or (maybe not) enter college, do you have any idea what you might get an education in? Or do you absolutely have no idea at all? Maybe you've already found out what your "calling" in life is and you're either working towards your goal actively or possibly already living the dream (if you have a profession, is it what you wanted to do? or do you hate your job?). What is your purpose and motivation behind these goals? Once the goal is complete, what good is it to you?

If you read this please tell me because I am curious :D

S3C's featured audio artist of the week (week #5)

This week the featured artist is Kaija!

This week I'm very excited to advertise Kaija because she's got some beautiful work far different from NG. She provides ambient/classical tracks-everything recorded and acoustic, what is so diverse about her music is a lot of her instruments are home-made, and she tops it off with the most beautiful vocals that you will ever hear. Kaija's music is a true hidden gem on NG as they don't have many downloads and listens, but then again- I recently found out that the music there is stolen for MusicalSerenity's aunt.

Some good tracks by her

Sky Temple

A simple but moving track, featuring an rubber band instrument and soothing, graceful vocals sang in a foreign language (if it even is a language)

I'll put in the rest tommorrow

This week the featured artist is crud!
If you're a listener that does not like techno, then you really need to listen to crud immediately and I can only promise you that he will change your mind. His music is very lush and refreshing, packs a lot of good melodical content and is more diverse than the typical generic "unce unce unce unce" beats and simple five note melodies and bassline progressions, that are commonly generalized in this genre. I absolutely love his synth designs and catchy beats. Lots of different stuff is on his audio page which I am sure can please any listener.

Some kickass tunes by him:

Straw in my mouth

Awesome beatboxing with some sweet and groovy synth lines

A Break in the Clouds

An upbeat techno song with some juicy synths and heartwarming melodies , plus breakbeats and a booming bass

wet blades of grass

Nice echoing synths with a very happy main melody and well moving progression

Blow Job at Burger King

A cheesy, fuzzy, funny (as the title suggests), and catchy 80s style pop track

Time (deluxe mix)

Creative usage of different sounds, with jazzy drum beats, multiple groovy melodies, and a real chilled out atmosphere

I hope you like this week's artist! I hope to see you back next week for my fifth featured artist.

This week the featured artist is NickPerrin!

Nick Perrin is a top-notch, somewhat under-looked classical and cinematic composer on NG. Listen to his epic stuff, and you will be enthralled by the complexity and professional sound of his compositions. His music is sure to take your mind places from outer space to medieval times. He is certainly an artist that you should keep an eye on to see where he goes in the future.

Some of my faves:
Orion's Belt

An epic, thematic adventure with pulsating riffs played through the percussion and strings, mixed with playful clarinet licks and glistening harp arpeggios

In the Arena

An aptly designed video game track including sweet electronica parts and cool guitars

The Vision

Another grand cinematic work that sparks a sense of wonder and contains some very intense moments

The Belmont Legend

An orchestral remake of a retro Castlevania tune, contains good usage of a harpsichord that follows with a breathtaking symphony

Ocean's Odyssey Preview Reel

A medley of upcoming pieces from Nick Perrin, the intricate and visual melodies will entice you to come back

Hope you like this weeks artist! Come back next week at 12 AM to see who will be featured next.
