what seeds did your cousin get? Try to get in the okra, an under appreciated (and underavailable at markets, to a certain degree) vegetable. And certainly kale, that stuff is getting exceedingly popular with the increased amount of these newfangled vegan hippies lol. Grows well, but with that said I've heard it can have a propensity for overpopulating the garden space. You can't just use irrigation lol, that's what were stuck to in the Southwest, unless if you're California lol

Lady from the seed company called me this morning, asked if I wanted anymore pumpkin seeds... Okay chief, okra and kale it is then! I'll be using garlic and egg white sprayed deer deterrent anyways, usually keeps a fair bit of bugs away as well...

pumpkin huh. Do the ones you sell end up being eaten or are they used more so for decorative purposes?? I think pumpkin is the only produce item that I will not eat. Or you could just grow a garlic parameter around your garden, and deter any GOT DAMN vermin that way lol...are you sure it's deer that are sabotaging your garden and not vampires
I grew the baby ones, which could be eaten, but likely weren't. I don't think I'll be farming this year, but my cousin might, if the builder (new owner of the farm) lets him, which seems somewhat likely.
